Our way of
acting sustainable
Starting from the magnified vision of all our value chain, we monitor trends, risks and opportunities to improve our capacity of creating and sharing value in short, medium and long terms, considering, in an integrated manner, the social, environmental and governance (ESG, in English) factors, in all the decision-making instances.
In the high governance, the ESG aspects are monitored by the Diversity and Sustainability Executive Committee, which reports to the Consulting Council and defines and monitors the integration strategy of the ESG aspects, in the groups business model. Pacto Global, ONU
O Grupo Boticário é The Boticário Group is a institutional suppporter of the Rede Brasil Pacto Global da ONU, occupying the highest level of commitment in the execution of projects that drives foward the Agenda 2030.

Commitments 2030
The Rede Brasil do Pacto Global is the third biggest net in the world, with over 1.100 members. In 2015, it was under 500 participants. In 2020, according to a survey done by the Época Negócios, the Global Pact was considered by the companies that work in Brazil, the main corporative sustainability inniciative in the country.
