Partner Assessment and Development Program (PADP)

For 28 years, the Partner Assessment and Development Program (PADP) has played a central role in the management of Boticário Group’s supply chain. The program evaluates suppliers based on both technical and socio-environmental criteria, including governance, social, diversity, and environmental aspects. ESG factors account for approximately 10% of a supplier’s overall score. More than a classification tool, the assessment helps our partners identify development opportunities and support decision-making processes.

Pandora Program

The Pandora Program is our primary tool for traceability and socio-environmental risk management. It maps our supply chain beyond direct suppliers, helping to prevent deforestation and combat illegal labor practices. The program also includes specialized initiatives, such as Pandora PCR, which focuses on the traceability of recycled materials, and Pandora Fragrances, dedicated to the sourcing of perfumery ingredients and supplies.
